This is the result of lifestyle, food, attention focus, meditation practices and other components to which we will return.
Excessive wind spreads our emotions through the body, forcing the head to spin from information, fuss, feel pain and anxiety here and there, lose the ability to concentrate and calm, make rash actions, constantly feel cold, look for the fifth corner from insomnia at night, then many there is, then little, in general, the contact between the soul and the body becomes thinner. Self-help with these symptoms consists in the daily practice of proper lifestyle and nutrition.
Choose warm dishes: cereals, soups, warm butter, fresh milk and dairy products, with the exception of kefir.
Morning is desirable to start with warm porridge. In the afternoon - warm food. At night, a glass of warm milk, with the addition of turmeric, or cinnamon, or butter - to your taste.

Breath "Peace rhythm 4-7-8." From insomnia, stress, uneven rhythm.

Hold your breath for 7 bills in the same rhythm.
After that, slowly, exhale through the mouth for 8 counts in the same rhythm.
This breathing exercise levels our heart rate and calms. A few repetitions are enough.
When you feel stress or anxiety, the amount of adrenaline in your blood increases, and breathing becomes fast and shallow. The technique acts as a sedative. Holding the breath with a deliberately slow exhalation inevitably slows the heart rhythm.
