We put all this on fire, and as soon as the water boils, we cover it with a lid and reduce the fire to a minimum. Now you just have to wait. But still, occasionally look at the future delicacy: make sure that the bank is completely in the water all the time. If suddenly the level has dropped, then you can add hot water, but gently and slowly, so that there is no sudden change in temperature and the bank does not explode.
After you have boiled the jar for three hours, let it cool down, and you can safely open and taste a hand-cooked delicacy.
Condensed milk in the microwave
So even our grandparents made condensed milk. But progress does not stand still, technologies are developing, modern home appliances are emerging, and today there are ways to cook condensed milk in a microwave.
In fact, this is the fastest and easiest way.Since nothing metallic can be placed in the microwave, we pour the condensed milk into a glass bowl. Now put in the microwave for 1-2 minutes. After that, we mix the condensed milk so that nothing burns, and again set for 1-2 minutes.
